Minus 30, an ice cream store that runs advertisements on Instagram advertises “Ice Cream Biscuits” and basically sends just the Ice cream without the biscuits, this happened twice as reported by one of their customers.
What’s surprising is that after bringing this up on their Instagram page and posting a feedback on how they never send a biscuit and are a rip-off. They deleted the comments right away and called the customer telling them they’d replace both the orders and send a new one. But they didn’t care. They ghosted the customer and did not care to send back anything.
