If a child is born with a physical defect, it may be hard for them to get used to how they look. But a harsher and worse reality is being born into a family that doesn’t want to raise you because of how you look. Jono has known this since he was a child, but he chooses to accept his beauty in order to show other people that they should accept themselves no matter what they think they should look like.
